J’ai payé le petit déjeuner mais je ne l’ai pas eu, j’ai dû faire moi-même le 2e lit

Most of staff helped me with most of my problems. Although, I delayed checking-out of my room on time because I was up reporting about the sink and blinds where I barely got any sleep, I feel like I shouldn’t have gotten charged for another day. I was suppose to check-out at 2 pm and then I delayed until 5 pm and didn’t make that time as well and was charged another day. I’m still going to speak to the manager about it. I had to recuperate and rest from that stay and my entire visit in Chicago because I had other personal problems going on at that time. Khido was very helpful. He also gave me free chicken from Popeyes, down the street.

Behind the bathroom sink, there was mold and water damage. Also, the window blind was going up and down by itself. Another customer had this issue that stayed the same day as I did and was at the front desk before me, reporting about it. She said it scared her out of her sleep. The remote’s up volume didn’t work as well, but I don’t know if it was because I cleaned the remote with Lysol prior before using it. Speaking of cleaning, the kitchen wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Lastly, the WiFi wasn’t working on my phone. Luckily, Khan helped me at least get WiFi on my iPad.

Clean and perfectly located to reach the airport

Great location near airport. Warm, cozy, clean, restaurant on site. Free breakfast. Room was clean and nice.

Pay overnight parking

Just a 5 minute drive to allstate arena. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Had happy hour between 5 _ 7. Very nice. Breakfast was great. Thumbs up for my stay.
