"The check-in process was efficient, the staff was responsive, and the room was very comfortable."

The staff, room, cleanliness, shuttle service to the airport was excellent. I would stay there again on my next trip to Portland.

The facility is a bit outdated. The main (only?) elevator is very slow. These, however, are not deal breakers for me.
