Location is amazing, five min walk from centre and station. Our view was of the quay which was spectacular. Staff were very helpful

We did use the check in survey to advise the hotel we found the room too hot. When we got back someone had addressed the issue. It’s a good idea you get the survey to check all is ok during your visit

Room was very clean , Bed was very comfortable , They have complimentary stuffs too. A safe to keep important things. they have toilets amenities like shampoo, shower gels & lotion , handwash . They have a proper shower & a bathtub too inside your room. Definitely Wowed Me. The Spa, Sauna & Hot Tub plus use of the Gym is superb as it comes With your Booking. Breakfast was Fabolous Consist of continental , lots of Coffee choices , juices, fruits, breads, cheeses ,plus your choice of hot meal per person.I am definitely recommending this Fantastic place to Recharge & Relax for everyone who’s having their Holiday,Exhausted from Work or Everyday Life. I’m already planning my return. I’m coming back soonest . Thank you for the great service.

When we arrived, we were asked for our car reg. The staff member questioned me on the letters ( I dont know the phonetic alphabet). She was very patronising. The sharer steak was average, tough, no taste. We expected better
