Very comfortable bed. Everything else felt pretty dodgy. No check in counter, lock for rear entry didn’t work, random beds in the hallway....

- clean comfortable bed in neglected property, - friendly and helpful and apologetic service staff, - neglected town centre atmosphere, tavern character, - insecure unlockable patio door, - secured only by stick placed in most dirty door frame, - one of two bedside wall lamps with missing bulb and missing shade - paint largely peeling from outside building wall - scuffed and broken room wall by bed, - neglected greenery space outside patio door, - smoking corner immediately outside patio door, - patio screen door outside tape-repaired with red plastic tape, - was offered and accepted both staff apology and saw blade painting, - central location close to stores, city hall, restaurants, - satisfactory kitchen, cuisine, service.

restaurant service and food was excellent. Angie was very personable and helpful when we required problem solving. See below: room was fine but shower head did not work properly. We were relocated to another room with an excellent shower head but unfortunately, the wifi did not work and the tv wouldn't work either. Since it was later in the day, we just bit the bullet on those issues. On a brighter note, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was no problem with getting a good night's sleep either night we were there.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The pictures on Expedia are misleading. It looks bright. It is dull, dark and dirty. You cannot open the windows. Blood stain on the carpet. Bathroom has rust, cracks in the porcelain. You have to pay a $200 damage deposit on arrival. That's not stated on Expedia either. We would have gone some place else and forfeited the $ if I could have found somewhere else. The coffee maker didn't work, flooded the tray. When the beds were made, housekeeping left the trash in garbage and the flooded tray. When we came back to the room after a night out, the air conditioner was off. The breaker had blown. No maintenance staff around to even reset the breaker! We had to stay in the room without air conditioning. The only alternative was to move rooms at 11 pm at night. I went to bed with the focus of getting out of there first thing in the morning

It is a older building could use some much need updating, with some new air conditioners and or window that opens But right in Main Street

Nothing. it was the dingiest inn ive ever stayed at. The website gave it a 8.7 but i wouldn't rate it at even .5. The photos on the website were very misleadig. The carpets in the hallway looked like they have not been cleaned in years and the bathrooms were gisgusting.

Very dirty: beds, floors. Bathtub is dirty and rusted. This hotel should be closed.

The location is probably the best part of it and even that is lackluster with having to walk through a sports bar to get to your room. It was not clean at all.. It did not look like it had ever been vacuumed under the bed and the bathtub looked to have rarely been cleaned. The air conditioner barely worked and at times there was a burning smell in the room that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The tv remote also didn't work. I stayed here with my mother and she was not very pleased by these things. I've stayed in places all over the world and I'm not talking 5 star places. But I'd have to say this was one of the least cared for. There is also no security from the outside. The doors to get in from the sports bar and back parking lot are never closed. I've stayed in worse places but I definitely can't recommend the place for anything other than a quick one night stay for someone that's in 0 need of nice. All that said.. They could put some work into it and have it as a very decent spot. Not sure if that'll happen though.

Great staff, friendly, prompt. Food was good too. Quiet down town location
