Could use some cosmetic updating but it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

I like that it's in the heart of town and walking distance to anywhere you would like to go...

I liked the fact of walking down to the restaurant or bar without going outside...the parking is limited.

The heating system is not the best. Had to ask owners to put boiler on.

Property is run down. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Location was excellent. Was happy with our stay

This "hotel" shouldn't be listed on this website. The pictures are not only misleading but incredibly deceitful. This is hands down the grungiest, sleaziest hotel i've ever seen. The room stank of smoke and was so gross that we ended up not even staying in it. I would rather sleep in my car on the side of the road. Seriously.

The room was incredibly filthy, window screens were ripped and patched with red tape. The furniture was old and in terrible condition The pictures online show a beautiful clean updated room. That is not the case!! We could not stay and left, getting our money back. I will be contacting the health department about this

Very sketchy and dated hotel. The bathroom was disgusting and the hotel itself may be a fire hazard. One electrical outlet was behind the fridge with a 6 outlet wall adapter and the floor there was gross, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages! No security on the doors, anyone could get into the place at anytime. I paid through hotels.com and was charged by them but my credit card also has a pending charge for $150.00 from the hotel which was not incurred. Would not recommend at all!! The restaurant had very nice and helpful staff and the fish and chips was really good.

This "Hotel" is one of the worst places I have ever been to in my life. Basically read all the bad reviews, put them together and it is actually what you get. The only pros are the location (walking distance from everything downtown and the marina) and the comfy bed. EVERYTHING else is horrible, from the rundown rooms with broken furniture, moldy bathtub and stained carpets, stained bed linens, dust everywhere to the seedy looking corridors which were smelly and dirty. The attached bar, which was renovated recently is your tipical dive bar which has nothing to do with the hotel, however you go there to check-in in a tiny room. The staff is ok, check-in and out were fine, however that's it, they do not concern themselves with the Hotel issues. And it is really pricey for what it is. It would be better to sleep in a Mcdonals booth (I can guarantee you that it would be cleaner). P.s. the pictures are completely fake, we were so disgusted by the filthy room that we did not even think to take a picture as an example. Since our Expedia reservation was non-refundable (I had to book something at the last moment and everything else was booked) we had to endure two nights at this dump.
