I came to Tarpon for a conference and it was held at this hotel. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Staff were welcoming. They had fresh cookies at check in and they were delicious. The area is a quiet community with local restaurants that have great food. Very nice stay.

"Convenient Location"

Older hotel but pretty clean. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The rest of the staff, not so much. In fact, one day as we left and passed the front desk, my husband said "Hope you have a great day" to the clerk at the desk. She just looked at him and never said a word. Pretty rude! The location is very convenient to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, and Dunedin.

Great location. Within 20 minutes of almost everything in the Tarpon Springs / Dunedin area. Kind staff. One of the best regular hotels in the area. Would recommend.

Tub and bathroom fixtures was painted. You could see the runs of the paint. Other than that. It was clean and beds was ok comfortable.
