The staff was very friendly! The beds were comfy and the shower had excellent pressure!

The floors in the bathroom were not that clean, and I found hair along the tub and toilet. The breakfast "room" was big but the food was lacking. They had biscuits and the gravy was in a thermos, no juice or bottled water, coffee was basically hot water.... It was what you would expect at a Motel 6. Plus, we could not take any food OUT of the breakfast room. We, being women and not putting on our makeup to be around the public and hoping to just grab breakfast and coffee and take it to eat comfortably in our room.... Ended up with nothing.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay at Quality Inn in Bukovel. We booked a room for ourselves and our friends, but while staying in the first-floor room, it was robbed. After that, we asked to be moved and were relocated to a different room on the second floor, which we appreciated. However, the overall situation left a very negative impression. We were told that we would receive a refund for the first room, but after about a week, nothing has been returned. There has been no update in our Booking.com account, and no refund has appeared on our bank statement. Overall, the experience was stressful and far from what we expected from our stay.
