Old hotel. Asked for the invoice and they never gave me. They said is booking who should give me which is not true! Bad experience.

This place is really disappointing. It simply wasn't clean and the worst part the AC didn't work and if you're not aware, kriya is extremely hot in the summertime.

とても古い感じのホテルでした。交通の便はとてもよくて、買い物三昧で帰って寝るだけなら特に問題はありません。

以前泊まったときより印象が良かった。とにかく場所が便利。すぐ近くにパン屋やコンビニがあった。近隣は食事場所に事欠かない。

Location was great. We were able to walk to most of the temples and shopping areas including the night market.’ The lady at the front desk (Mon-Wed) was so nice and very helpful.

The air conditioner in the room was not working. There was a large oscillating fan but it only moved the warm air around. After the first night we to the front desk. They said they would look at the a/c, and although they the had no vacancies, they would move us to a smaller room. We were asked to return at 2pm (not convenient when touring) to see if it was fixed or to pack and move to the smaller room in time for them to turn over our room for other guests. The room seemed cooler (we were told they cleaned a filter) and because the alternate room was much smaller, .we decided to stay. The next day the a/c got worse and by Thursday night it felt like it was no longer working.
