Literally the bed was comfortable. That’s it!

The tub was disgusting! It had strands of someone else’s hair in it. The water drained so very slow. And I don’t know that I have ever stayed in a hotel where the hot water ran out. The parking lot was small and space limited. The floors were dirty, turned my feet black. The mirror even had specks on it like it hadn’t been cleaned. The tv was a smart tv but the internet wouldn’t connect. Only way we could watch was to connect our hot spot. The ice machine was broken. And several times we went to the office for extra towels or to communicate about the internet and no one was in there.

The bathroom tub needs to be update or a deep clean . Breakfast was disappointing no juice

This hotel seems to have folks in transitional housing staying in guest rooms.There were obviously guests at the free breakfast bar who were homeless. As a result, there were no eggs or sausage on Sunday morning at 9am. The fire extinguisher had not been serviced since March 2024. That seems very dangerous. Choice Hotels has not responded, the manager @ Quality Inn hasn't responded. We asked for a partial refund because of these troubling issues during our two-night stay.

room was falling apart. the caulking in the bathroom poorly done. one of the lamps looked like it had a roach problem before becasue it looked like roach trail all over it. tiolet leaked a little bit and was way to small.

Nowadays it’s hard to find a clean well ran hotel that’s also affordable. Including is also a free breakfast which is great and fresh a very nice stay for those on a budget looking for a good place.

Easy access. Clean.

Stains on bed, handprints on head headboard. The tub was clogged and dirty. Walls and doors dirty. It was bad. I wouldn't stay there again. I will say though that all the staff were kind. The place itself is just terrible

Ms. Sheila at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding . The scrambled eggs, sausages and biscuits and gravy were a welcome addition to the continental breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Add the pool and the bar and this hotel is most Def more bang for your buck!

The area looks very sketchy. A SUV with a trailer attached parked horizontally in front of my room taking up numerous parking spaces so I couldn't park near my room. I am disabled, so that was a problem for me. I was placed upstairs on the back side of the building because I had a service animal, that was another problem. The hotel looked okay at check in during the daytime but at night there were homeless people and prostitutes walking the parking lot & people were sitting & standing outside their rooms smoking marijuana. I went out to Walmart to buy a mattress protector & linen. When I returned it was dark & I was a little afraid to get out of my car, so I sat there for about 30 minutes before I decided to go up to my room. The room had a strong kind of moldy odor, the floor of my room had not been swept, the nightstand and dresser had spill stains that had not been wiped off, tub was old & had been painted. I wanted to leave the hotel but stayed because I had prepaid online. I slept about 11 p.m. & when I woke up I had a couple of painful bug bites of some sort. I packed and left as soon as I woke up around 4:30 a.m. DO NOT STAY HERE !!
