Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Airport

The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean. Decor was nice. The washroom was decent, and overall the room was fine for a short stay. The buffet breakfast looked nice, although we did not try it.

The biggest issue was the value for the price. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our European trip, this was by far the most expensive and offered the least. Its called an airport hotel but its 10 minute drive away or 30 minute walk. There was also no food places or restaurants near by. The room was very small, with only a small desk, one chair, and a stool, which made it feel cramped. There was no air conditioning unit, only a small fan on the desk, which we had to use the fan so it was very disappointing that there was no ac. The view was also not great, as we were looking directly into the entrance of what appeared to be a motel or apartment building. Another downside was that there was no coffee or tea in the room. Every other hotel we stayed at provided at least a kettle and basic coffee/tea, so this felt like a missing convenience. Coffee had to be purchased separately for around 4 CAD, and the breakfast buffet at around 32 CAD felt overpriced. Getting to the hotel from the airport was also more difficult than expected. It wasn’t easy to access by bus or train, so we ended up taking a taxi, which was extremely expensive and we felt overcharged. Cost us 43 Cdn. Overall, it was an okay stay, but due to the high price and lack of value, I would not stay here again. *photos taken just before we left as I forgot to take them when we arrived, so bed it not made how it was when we arrived.

No air conditioning in the room, noise from the street

We had walked a lot that day and were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. The staff member at the front desk was so kind. He got us water and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready.

Well, we were not used to having a fan for cooling off, but it was fine. The night cooled off so it worked out for sleeping.
