Had bed bugs. The bathroom door was broken.

The hotel was clean but the last night of my husband's stay the water was shut off. Couldn't take shower or use sink. They kept the room clean and the staff was friendly but there's no sound barrier so could hear everything in the rooms next to me.

Staff was on site 24/7

The shower was basically unusable. The valve is bad and the overhead shower only got warm water but the extremely hot water scalded your feet and you had to run out of the way of it which meant you couldn't rinse off in the overhead shower faucet. And I had to shower with shoes on. The first night, the heat never worked but the next day, the staff fixed it. They should have made sure it was on when I checked in, because it got down into the 30s that night. There was a coffee maker and zero cups or coffee to go with it, so when I asked after the first night, the staff then brought me all the coffee I asked for, which was really nice, but they had nothing to do go with it and only plastic cups. They seemed incredibly unprepared for guests. Also, my dogs found pretzels and food still all over the room and I'm not sure the linens were changed so I stayed dressed most nights. But the place was cheap and well located. Absolutely that shower is not safe though. There is no way it's up to code. I could only use it once in 4.5 days. I reported it to them when I checked out.

I’m not even a princess but this place need to be shut down asap!! The room smelled really bad and was filthy!!! From the walls,bed linen and carpet just dirty!!! Holes in the walls taped up!!! Hair everywhere! Never ever again!

Staff was very nice. Place needs attention, but looks like they are working hard on it. Would stay again.
