Absolutely beautiful view from the bay view room. Super accommodating and amazingly friendly staff

I stayed here for my birthday and it was NASTY. There were cockroaches, toenails in the bed, seaman on headboards. Poop rubbed down the wall next to toilet, brown stains on pillows, PLUS both male mangers yelled at me once I expressed cocnerns. I felt very threatened and scared. I have video footage and audio recordings of managers both yelling at me about the cleanliness and how I’m a liar. Wild to call me a liar when I have photos as proof. They also tried to deny me a refund when my second room was also filthy. I wouldn’t stay here if it were the last place on earth. Especially not if you want to feel clean and safe. Not close to anything at all. Also used as subsidized housing and gas drugs deals going on right outside all night. Brian the manger also hung up on me when trying to find a resolution. If you like cockroaches and to be threatened this is the place for you! Otherwise sleeping on the ground would have been a better and cleaner option. I also found imprints of a makes privates on the tables. Good to know they don’t wipe those down either. After showing all these photos they claimed they didn’t see any of it. So keep in mind they can’t seek filth before you eat or stay here.

The view was great. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the mirror in our bathroom.

I didn’t. Maria at counter was so rude. Hung up on me when I called because I found toenails in the bed along with cockroaches. We found imprint of peoples privates on the tables. Headboard was sticky and had gunk all over it. Management a grown man yelled at me for telling him my concerns over filth. Maria ignored me while I had my bank on the phone in front of her. AWFUL experience. Don’t waste a single dollar here.

The property had many roaches. Brown stains on pillows. A incredibly sticky headboard. I found toenail clippings in the bed and on floors. Black hairs in bed and shower. There was also imprints of a males privates imprinted on the table in the room. AC didn’t work was so hot in the room. Also found poop on the bathroom walls. I tried to speak with management but Maria was just so unprofessional. She needs customer service training and honestly to be fired. She ignored me multiple times and hung up on me for being concerned with cleanliness. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place. Not even to a wild pig.

Tout! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables et l'emplacement est parfait. Le jacuzzi en fin de journée a été un petit plus très agréable.
