Great staff that was very helpful

The carpets were wet and when I opened the door I was hit in the face of a very musty water smell and the sheets were damp from the condensation in the room definitely should have spent a little more money on such a not so bad room

The room was dirty and had a construction right next to my window. I would never star there again.

We actually left after checking in. Sadly the room smelled damp. There were numerous dents in the walls. The smoke alarm was covered by a plastic shopping bag.

Waited at front desk for almost 30 minutes before anyone came to the desk. Called the hotel number and the phone rang at the desk where we were standing but no one was picking up. Let it ring until the phone just stopped ringing. Did this 3 times. Checked into room, immediately went to hang dress shirt, pants and my wife's dress for a funeral the next day and the hanger for the hanging close fell out of wall. Told front desk, but after two days, it was still not fixed. The laundry/maintenance room was left open, right across from our room, so that was unpleasant, but we did use it to gain access to drinking cups that were not in the room. Staff at front desk were unprofessional (uncaring)and sloppily dressed. When reported the hanging close thing out the response was ok I will report it. When the clerk finally arrived to check us in, it was I did not know you were here, I was in the back... no sorry, no, lets see what we can do... Stains on comforter. Last day of stay, my wife and i use our own shower gel. Unfortunately, I ran out, so I went to use the shower gel provided in the shower hanging on the wall... The dispenser was empty - nothing would pump out. I know we get what we pay for, but the month of July was a very expensive month for our travel, and knowing we were just looking for a place to lay our heads for a unpleasant trip for the funeral, we were looking for budget options. We will look for another hotel besides Super 8 for future travels.

Smelled horribly of mold.

First of all the rooms were terrible!! Holes in the curtains, broken lamp shade, paint missing from the walls, blood stained towels. That’s not even the worst part!! The dead bolt on the door didn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the door unlocked!!! Tried to call the front desk and oh wait no phones in the room. Went to google phone numbers, all automated. Was to the point of calling 911 to come get us out. FINALLY after about 30 minutes of struggling with the door we were able to get out. I couldn’t get out of that establishment fast enough. Guaranteed never to return and will suggest to others not too as well!!

Nice place in the center of the city

1) the hotel is unsafe. Someone tried to break in our room at night . It was scary and we have to report it to the police. 2) Dirty. We do not expect something unrealistic but room just unclean 3) Room have multiply holes, 3"-6" in dim. we report it right away and respond of receptionist was: " I donot think they will charge you for the damage" Really.?No apology? We just came in why we are possibly can be charged for those damages? 4) furniture is damaged and broken. I wish i can add pictures. The chair in our room so damaged that i never seen such damaged furniture on the curb

The motel rooms are nasty. Had to wash my feet off before i got into bed because the carpet was gross. Desk clerk called me 3 times at 1 30 in the morning asking if i was checking in, told her i checked in hours ago. Pay the little bit and stay at the nicer one next to it
