Found a push pin on the carpet. My cousin almost stepped on it. It didn’t puncture her foot, but it hurt.

It was clean and the room was large

The staff were unhelpful and not particularly friendly which is such a contrast to everywhere else we have stayed in Canada

Perfect location

They should have noticed that I could be assigned in basement room in advance when I booked. Some asian staffs seemed to be unkind.

Good location in a quiet part of Jasper. The restaurant was good quality and value for money as we ate there for both nights dinners. Large spacious room. Great cheap laundry facilities $2 per load.

We have reported that the bed that was sagging in the middle, hopefully will be replaced.

Staffs was bad. The people who promise to help for carry luggage second floors trick us to wait at certain place and disappeared permanently. After confronting to the front desk, they didn’t ask another group to come and help. There is no elevator at all. We didn’t know in the first place

Riesiges Apartment mit Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Kamin und großen Fernseher. Separates Schlafzimmer. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Freundlicher Service. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
