Adobe Village Inn

The room was very spacious and the fireplace over the whirlpool bath was cozy. They left DVD videos in a little book shelf to borrow in the lobby. The copies of maps for hiking were extremely helpful. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I rated the staff as terrible- because if it weren't for the surly girl who was sitting around when we arrived, we would not have been able to get into our room. She said that we should have received an e-mail with directions about getting into our room- but I had NOT received an e-mail. She reluctantly helped us by telling us how to enter the code for our room entrance. She seemed annoyed that she had to help us....

The property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Country room and it had amazing mountain views and much charm throughout the room. There were so many special and thoughtful touches in the room and within the main building. I will definitely stay at this place again and have been recommending it to others too.

Our view on the deck was amazing! Nothing but the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. We loved that access to the Slim Shady trail was right out our back door! The location was convenient to uptown Sedona without all the traffic. The "check in" process was a little confusing as we had a hard time identifying the main building to pick up the key. Would definitely stay here again!

I really wanted to give Adobe Village a great review but I can’t. I was never notified that room was really for check in - like their email said I would. Instead I got a call from the management company saying there was a problem with our room and they were working on it and basically trying to stall us. Once we were able to get in our room, the 2nd bed was not made and there were only 2 towels for 4 people. Eventually the 2nd bed was made but with a dirty pillow case! Makes one question the cleanliness throughout! Oh, and if you’d like to use the hot tub, make sure that a guest requests that it is tuned on before 4pm— otherwise it won’t be on for the evening. I understand things happen but this place was more interested in making excuses that providing solutions.

Loved our room! Sundance. The views were spectacular from our balcony. Very comfortable. The hotel had so many additional special touches at every turn. Great restaurant recommendations.

Lovely little hotel. The password/key situation for getting into our room was a bit confusing. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of hot water. Other than that, a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!
