Adobe Village Inn

We go to Sedona at least once every year, and this time, we wanted to get away from crowds and noise and just have a relaxing visit for our anniversary: Adobe Village Inn more than met our expectations. We stayed in the Sundance room, which was fantastic: a bit more rustic, we we loved all the wood furnishings, floors and ceiling. The room was spacious, yet intimate, and with the inn being small, no kids running around, and back quite a bit from the highway, it was peaceful and quiet. One thing to note is that, at least in this room, the bed is really tall: I’m 5’7 and to hoist and pull myself up. They do have a very small staff, and no main desk, but if you need anything, you just have to call. Nicole was super friendly, and both her and Ron were busy and buzzing around all day: not sure why other reviewers complained. We will definitely be back and check out a larger room: our 17 year old was quite jealous when we described the inn and sent pictures ; )

Very well decorated, beautiful, and the amenities are great.

Overall the property was great. The only negatives were that there was a lot of mosquitos on the balcony. This made it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the sunset due to constantly getting bitten (I had 10 bug bites on one foot alone). The other negative was our refrigerator was for some reason connected to the light switch. I put some tasty leftovers in the fridge, turned off the light switch at the end of the day and by the next morning my food was spoiled. They did have a sign saying the fridge and light switch were connected but it was near the fridge 1 foot from the ground, not anywhere near the light switch itself. Very disappointing. Other than that, everything was great! The property was nice, clean and within a good walking distance to the Bell rock trails. There were a lot of restaurants nearby as well. Most of the hikes we went on were only 20-30 minutes away which made it convenient and when we left early enough there was no traffic in Sedona. I would recommend this place but just be weary of mosquitos.

I loved the room. Didn’t see 1 staff member the whole stay so was unsure about some things. However the room was absolutely beautiful

Bed was too soft. Both my wife and I woke up with back pain after first night. I slept on floor for the second night using the sofa cushions (which were more firm than the bed). The hot tub temperature was lukewarm at best. Quaint room and the Inn staff (Nichole) was pleasant.

Cute Boutique Hotel in Oak Creek Village, approx 7mikes from old town Sedona. Enjoyed the Classic Log Cabin feel of the Wilderness Suite. Very large with a nice enclosed patio for Chill’n with Red Rocks all around.
