"NOT worth the money. This place is not a luxury hotel."

Terrible value for money. We paid nearly $400 for one night, and it’s just a basic hotel I’d expect to pay $200 tops for - nothing luxurious or unique. Service was terrible. Paid extra $50 for breakfast that ended up just being a bottled juice from concession rack and continental style yogurt, oatmeal, or bagel… unreal. This should’ve been free and included - we thought we were getting a meal at restaurant. And it took 25 minutes to scoop the oatmeal and yogurt despite the fact the restaurant was deserted and lots of staff around. A male worker also unlocked and walked straight into our room at 10am, despite us having a do not disturb sign on and check out being 11 - I have no idea why as they just left. Scared my wife and kids, fortunately everyone was dressed. Place is clean and modern, so that is the good side, but This hotel is not in center of town either. You're better off booking elsewhere. I fully regret booking this here. - just not anywhere close to being worth the money spent.
