Great room, facilities and location.

the room was clean modern and well equipped. anything asked for arrived within minutes. staff both friendly and very good at providing excellent service. you felt that they knew who you were and what your needs are. the food in the cafe was very good and again excellent service.

The staff was kind and did their best to help when there was a problem

The place is quite dated and old, things falling apart. The photos of the room are taken at the very best angles. Carpet was old and smelly, the sliding door broken in our room. There were used earplugs and q-tip in my room when I checked in. Everything needs to be refreshed refreshed.

- At the residencies there is cleaning service only once per week which was not mentioned in booking. Thus, every time we needed toiletries and clean towels, we had to call at the reception and ask for it. - The lobby is under refurbishment, and currently there is work in progress. It did not feel like a 5 star hotel at the entrance. - Next to the residencies there are also condos that other people are living and the access is not limited, which occasionally made me feel unsafe.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing and extremely comfortable. The staff on arrival and departure were very helpful.

Nothing. The only thing I didnt like was that we were only there one night.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location!

We stayed in the penthouse suite so it was separate from the main hotel, so our key cards wouldn’t work in the elevator or front door entrance
