We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and even personalized our room as requested. They prepared our room earlier than the check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Luxury King Room to a Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The decoration, seating area, and champagne were all excellent. Overall, the service was outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent stay at this hotel as room was clean and staff very helpful and proactive. As to was the location as it was walking distance to the main station Union station, shops, restaurants and food court. Areas was quiet and no issue. Transportation was excellent as the metro and streetcars near by, although I prefer walking. Downside was the internal noise from my room as I could hear guest talking and feet movement and dog barking on a few nights, but not ongoing so no issue. Also the shower temperature took a while to heat up. Overall the downsides did not ruin my stay in the hotel. Would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location for ball games, spacious rooms. Love the heated bathroom floors. Very clean and quiet.

Sehr guter freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Service des gesamten Personals. Praktische und geräumige Tiefgarage. Gutes Restaurant (Moretti) im Haus. Toller Gym. Super Lage für fußläufige Erkundungen der Umgebung.

Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut in Schuss. Der Lobbybereich wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits renoviert, das ist gut. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock strassenseitig war durch Strassenlärm recht laut und riss uns immer wieder aus dem Schlaf. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

Great location, LOTS of mirrors in the room for getting ready, nice big bathroom, plenty of storage space, high end finishes and styling.

Some of the higher end amenities were out of order in our room: the automatic blinds did not work and had to be operated manually, and the heated floor in the bathroom was not operational. The lobby was under renovation, check in could have been faster with more staff available at the desk.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was great for our visit. We were able to walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower.
