We did receive a discount for our AC not working.

Absolutely nothing the whole property was dirty and the staff was rude.

Everything. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Was offered full refund at the hotel but because I third party booked I had to go through booking and then was offered only $40. That wasn’t even a 1/4 of what I paid to not to be able to shower or swim in my hotel!
