Couldn't use the pool at all no heat in the pool room and it was freezing

"Don't do it!!"

Not much

The whole place was cold. The pool was freezing and there were no towels. Smelled like cats and dogs in every area you went to but the pool.parking lot had broken glass throughout. I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend this hotel.

"We were disappointed because we booked specifically for the pool and location."

Staff was polite and accommodating with our needs and requests.

Pullout couch had used bedding still on when we opened it. Pool heater was malfunctioning and the pool was cold as ice and unusable.

"Overall a great stay."

Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, nice hot breakfast. The only thing that I would subtract points for was there were water stains on the ceiling.

Water stains on the ceiling. (and we were on the first floor.)
