Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center

I was there for a conference and the staff were helpful and present. We had phone numbers and rarely needed them because they frequently rounded on us. My room was very comfortable, I like that I had the option to not have housekeeping service. The bed was comfy and my view was amazing.

That even with not needling housekeeping, I would have loved to have water bottles replaced daily. Next time I will just sign up for cleaning to get it.

Conveniently located.

No microwave in room

The room was exceptionally tidy.

The water pressure in the shower was insufficient. However, the water temperature was adequate.

Nice dining area with easy access to a Star Bucks if you want fancier coffee or tea. I liked the yogurt offerings.

It was all great. Perhaps another couple of options for breakfast would be nice.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I also really appreciate that check out time was noon instead of the standard 10 or 11 am checkout

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have microwaves. There was 1 microwave for all guests to use.

Longest check in, arrived at 1pm, 6-8 other guests got rooms, no rooms for me till after 3pm. I stay in a hotel every week, never an issue checking in early, till this hotel.
