"Disappointing"

When we arrived we never received the parking pass and room keys. When I booked it said there would be a parking pass and 2 room keys and they were not anywhere in the room. Also the pool was not open. Would’ve been nice to know that before booking.

Room was clean

Pool was split in half from hurricane Ian and we were not aware of it, so couldn't enjoy the pool and we paid resort fees, elevator was broken and toilet in room wasn't working so we used public restrooms, wifi super slow...
