Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and everything was excellent. Starting with the breakfast staff in the morning, the front desk team and rooms. Also very convenient and walking distance to other restaurants and shopping plaza. I highly recommend this hotel to stay.

It was overpriced for the weekend, should not cost more than $199 a night ever. Not worth the cost we paid.

Where do I start? The pro to this hotel is that there are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance around the property. Free buffet breakfast with your stay. Free parking in the lot. The cons are customer service is terrible, the elevators are slow and we had to wait on a line multiple days when coming back in. The breakfast is edible but nothing to talk about. The Resturant on premise has strange hours that they serve food. The chlorine from the pool area is overbearing. The room had a smell to it. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The walls are made of paper because the noise was horrendous and loud every night we were there. The fire alarm goes off and there is a security guard pacing the halls, I asked if it was pulled by accident and his response was, if you’re not sure, evacuate! The air conditioner was soo loud all night long. No vent circulation in the bathroom. The outlet was green and when I plugged their hairdryer in, it started smoking. They have a 5 game arcade, that had issues all weekend. The rate for the room was highway robbery. This was definitely NOT Best Western, it was Worst Western! There are many hotels in the vicinity that I would have chose from if the whole team wasn’t staying here. Avoid if you can at all cost!!

Hotel muy viejo. Sin renovar. Baño condensa la humedad de la ducha, la tina muy vieja. Al atención en el desk front nula. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. El WIFI PESIMO. No limpiaron nunca la alfombra. No había donde presentar quejas. No cambiaron nunca las sábanas en una semana.

Good location

Very poor customer service. Our toilet flooded the bathroom and we were initially told there was no other toilet clean it up until the next morning. 2 and a half hours, two phone calls to the front desk, and a trip down to the front desk later someone finally came to clean up the mess.
