● The hotel offers everything you need. The room is small, compact, but everything is well designed and things fit perfectly. ● Location is unbeatable. You are right next to the train and bus station (and also to other bus stops), next to the Opera House and the Munch museum and walking distance to the main streets. ●But what really stood out was the friendly staff. The day I arrived Susana at the reception made a kind comment about my earings and even gave me a voucher for a burger because it was my birthday. The staff at the bar were always warm and making sure you had all you need. I met Helena who was just so nice! Breakfast was amazing, so many things to chose from, and again staff was always checking, refilling, so well organised. The girl that welcomes you in the breakfast area was so moved when I said to her that the staff was great that she even gave me a hug!! This is a chain hotel, I imagined it would just be standard, but their people made my experience unforgettable.

All was great and worked well.
