The hotel's prime location, comfortable accommodations, and consistent value have made it my preferred choice for the past two years, resulting in four or five stays. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail that enhances the overall experience. However, my most recent visit was met with several disappointments. The third floor lacked Wi-Fi access throughout my stay, and despite contacting reception, no resolution was provided. Furthermore, the $200 security deposit, which was expected to be released immediately upon checkout, was not processed as anticipated. Additionally, despite completing online registration and check-in via their platform, I was still required to repeat the process upon arrival.

Great experience. So glad we chose a small hotel as opposed to a large corporate one. Intimate feel. Great vibe at the bar!! Fun bartender, cool people

I ve been staying at White Sands for years. I love the location and low-key tropical vibes. They have great kamaʻāina rates which came with room credit to experience the different outlets on property. I appreciate the staff and service they provide . For my recent stay I was able to experience the aloha and kindness from Maygrana.(spelling may be wrong) at check-in. She has checked me in before and even then her warm kindness and aloha was felt. I like to shout thee other front person i forgot his name😬 he wears glasses younger/ish. His personality and energy is upbeat. I love that. Malama pono a hui hou

The White Sands was just about perfect for us as a relaxing base of operations between adventures in town and around the island. The price was budget-friendly compared to other hotels, but our room was very comfortable, relaxing and well-kept. Mahalo to our housekeeping staff Virgie and Myra for keeping the room clean and welcoming! The pool area within the hotel is a little oasis surrounded by palms. We didn't swim much, but we enjoyed relaxing and reading here quite a bit. There are 2 bars on site, Heyday and the speakeasy-inspired Green Lady. I was really surprised how great the food was at Heyday! We had both of the salads, Korean tacos (amazing), the French dip... And if you want a great snack don't skip the tempura green beans with gochujang sauce, we got those twice. Thank you chef Sumin!! And thanks also to our super friendly bartenders Dakota, Mason, Cody and Troy (hope I got your names right). Thanks for giving us a great time!

Came here on a girls trip with my best friend and really enjoyed our time at White Sands Hotel! We had a pool-view room and loved the tropical, cozy vibes. Everything was clean and had what we needed, and the location made it super easy to get around and explore, which was a huge plus. A special shoutout to RJ! He checked us in, helped carry our heavy suitcases, gave great tips for the area, and remembered us whenever we saw him. He was always helpful, and it was nice having such a friendly, familiar face throughout our stay! The rest of the staff were also welcoming and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it just felt like a really solid, relaxing place to stay. 10/10 would stay again :)

This place is a truly a gem of a find! The kind of place where you want to truly chill and find solitude with island vibes thrown into the mix! Rooms were nicely decorated, and bed was cozy! RJ, the hotel attendant who also wears many hats 🤠, went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. His service is astounding, we were pleasantly surprised! That dude will go places 🤙

Tolles, modernes Hotel imm Boho-Stil mitten in Waikiki, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Gebäudesubstanz ist etwas älter, aber die Einrichtung modern und der Pool bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung.
