La colazione molto variegata. La stanza pulita. Il personale cordiale. La posizione molto buona per spostamenti sia con i mezzi che a piedi.

Spesso a colazione non venivano rimpiazzati prontamente i prodotti, soprattutto le bevande. Camera poco spaziosa.

The breakfast was good, had variety. The breakfast room in itself felt like a maze you had to navigate. The location was good, near the shops and restaurants and not far from the old town or some of the other sightseeing.

The cleanliness was a big letdown, and the size of the rooms. I travelled with my family and chose the hotel because the rooms looked nice and spacious on the website, but we were very disappointed when we saw. Found a bulk of hair in the bathroom walls. The staff were nice and quick to resolve the issue, but shouldn't be an issue in the first place. They were very apologetic about it after and even left a little gift in our room to compensate for it. It was very noisy, people blowing party noises at 4 in the morning in the corridors ,laughing and talking outloud. They had no amenities, had to ask for them at the reception. I personally wouldn't rate it as a 4 star hotel.
