Property Notes

Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Please know there will be renovations taking place to the exterior of our property all of April. This work will take place Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and some noise may be made during the process. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note: This year, the Tioga Pass will be closed until late June.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The Heidelberg Inn is a grand building with a feel of an old ski lodge up on the hill overlooking June Lake. We stayed in a newly remodeled spacious condo with one bedroom, one pull-out sofa, one bathroom and a fully kitchen. It’s not fancy, but homey and very functional. We were camping and retreated from a fierce wind storm and found calm and respite in the Inn. It was clean and comfortable and in walking distance from anything you need in town. I can imagine hanging out next to the grand fireplace downstairs in the winter in the middle of a storm!
