Easy acces and close to where we are travel destinayion for.

It was the good quality we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Clean property, courteous staff, reasonable price, adequate parking

Service was good, food was good, the area is good but the pool needs new plaster.

This was our third time staying here, and the staff is always friendly. The location is perfect since it's so close to the freeway we never have a problem with noise.They have a great selection of breakfast choices. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable perfect to recharge.

Breakfast used to be the best. This time it was poor quality and service. Very disappointing.

Hotel has very weird layout to get to room i had. But very clean. Good bed. Room smelled good. Breakfast was good. *Big issue upon check in. Paid thru expedia but got a notice on my phone i was charged over $530 at the front desk. Went back and found out I had been checked in under another guests reservation, yet the employee blamed me for it! She (Jackie, I believe) argued with me that i had booked 3 nights when i only booked one. Then argued with me saying i did not prepay through expedia so i had to find my receipt through the app and prove it. Turns out i was right and she had checked me in under a similar last name BUT definitely not the same first name. So instead of apologizing, she said "I told you to read the form before you signed" (no she didn't. She said to fill out my car information and sign). But here is the biggest issue- she took my ID to verify me upon check in. So why would you book me under "Mike" when my ID says "Sherri"? Shifting the blame to the customer for an employees poor performance is not a good look. The amount of time i had to spend to make sure my card was refunded, coupled with the heartburn over the crappy treatment was not worth the great bed, clean room and breakfast.
