A limpeza, os funcionários com uma simpatia e disponibilidade incrível, sempre a sorrir e a brincar com o nosso bebe. A comida, a melhor de um all inclusive até ao momento. O kids clube com atividades muito boas. Tudo impecável.

Só um apontamento, estando a haver 2 jogos: Portugal e Inglaterra, o jogo da Inglaterra dar na televisão principal e de Portugal numa interna e com menos espaço. Isto não acontece em mais lugar nenhum no mundo, só mesmo no nosso Portugal, que quer parecer bem aos de fora...

Not great vegetarian options at the buffet outside of salad.

Location

Room was cramped, beds were uncomfortable and worn. Gym was tiny, with lack of equipment. Plates and glasses in the restaurant were dirty and smelt. Restaurant drinks selection was poor and understocked.

An excellent stay. The room was a comfortable and quiet retreat with a very plush bed. The food was a real highlight, offering an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options at every meal. The pools were well-maintained and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Best of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, truly going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended.
