Good location. People were friendly.

Traveled for drill. Was suppose to stay the 21st to the 25th. Drill schedule changed to where we only had to be there until the 23rd. I asked to be refunded for sat & Sunday night due to leaving early. Got told the manager would reach out to me. Its been since the 22nd & i haven't heard anything nor got refunded.

As soon as we walked inside room smell was so bad. There was a left over popcorn in the microwave.

They should give more attention to cleaning.

Location made it easy for me to attend my conference.

If more choices were added to the breakfast, like danishes.

Nice building and loved the jacuzzi tub very modern and nice feeling . they could use some better maintenance and up keep to honest thought.

I stayed about a month and a half ago bye accidentally reserving this wrong date so once I arrived I just booked a room . I left my very nice pillow last time accidentally and called that day to let them know I would be back down in about a month or two for the reservation I had accidentally booked and when I arrived I asked them about it and they said they would ask cleaners when they came in the morning time. I woke up to eat a nice complementary breakfast that was nice and asked about my pillow and they said they would work on finding it and that he remembered me calling and then seeing it so I ate breakfast and then took my morning shower and when I went to go leave I asked again and he said he couldn’t find it and wouldn’t call me if he found it so I wasn’t to impressed but understood it was a months time I left it just disappointing. I also stayed the month prior in the same jacuzzi sweet and got the same room this time and they are nice but the hot tub head rest was very loose and falling off the spa and the music don’t work and the tv they show in the ads for the pics for the room the tv s don’t work at all that they show on the pics for the room they advertise. I also noticed the light on the one side of the bedroom didn’t work and the charger usb and plug in block next to the bed didn’t work ether . I was also hoping to get a different room this time to see if it would be better but didn’t have any luck .

Es hat im Eingangsbereich enorm nach Bleichungsmittel gestunken, dieser Geruch war sehr unangenehm, auch im Zimmer hat es nach abgestandener Luft gerochen.
