The staff very friendly helpful nice

They do not come in put clean towels wash colthes in room

It was close to my job

Front office only serve coffee no bagels, cereal toast juice or fruit who wakes up that early just for coffee

I reserved a deluxe king size non smoking and paid a day early but gave me a room with 2 beds with a crazy explanation of someone needed another night in the room I reserved when they should’ve had them move instead of giving me what I reserved. The beds aren’t comfortable at all.

The first room they put us in was disgusting so dirty like it didn’t even get clean stuff on the bathroom floor and it stunk so bad And then when we went to ask for another room the guy at the front desk wants to have a attitude that places is awful they need to hire better housekeeper and because they are usually too high to clean right very ridiculous and service is awful too don’t stay here at Lagrange one

I liked literally nothing.

I honestly felt like I got scammed. The photos online look nothing like reality. I only stayed there for about an hour before I legitimately fled for my life. I saw multiple drug deals in broad daylight, though I did my best to not make eye contact as to not become a target. I can only describe the atmosphere as "crackhouse-like." I feared for my safety enough that I placed my very heavy suitcase against the door as a last ditch security measure, because it felt like the door was barely hanging on. It really feels like it caters to those in desperate straits and anyone else who wanders in gets scammed due to their no refund policy.

The location

The spider webs in the room in the corners of the ceilings, maybe should change out the toilet seats (worn out, thought it was mold on the seat).

Staff was very friendly. However they don't clean your room you have to go to office to drop your towels and then they'll wash them and return them,you can only get a roll of toilet paper every 3 days and the room had roaches😡 they don't have ice buckets just a small thin bag and to get your room swept you have to leave your 🆔 with them and they'll let you use the broom. The lady that works in the office in the morning was very nice and helpful.

That they don't clean the room the bugs and the fact that where you walk your dogs was covered I dog poop everywhere
