Cleaniest not good, stains on the bed shirt, dust on desk and lamp, tub stopper was laying in tub, taking a shower the water don’t drain out

When getting breakfast in the morning. Breakfast attendant would allow us to make are own waffles, she directed and handed waffles to those who was trying to make them, themselves.. didn’t understand why! When it was a self serve buffet breakfast bar

5 out of 5 because the hotel was excellent in price and location. We wanted halfway from TN to New Orleans. Location was just off interstate with full breakfast. Recently renovated and super clean. Check-in was the fastest I've ever done. Hotel was beautiful. Sign had not been put up yet because of recent renovated, but it's now Baymont Inn in Bessemer. It's close to Walmart and McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Arby's. Thr breakfast area was supplied well with biscuits and gravy, eggs, toast, waffles and fruit cereal. Juice was great. My husband said coffee in room was delicious and the breakfast coffee was too. Super clean hotel bathroom with nice nice hot shower with dove amenities. Nothing bad at all. It was 89 total. Really great deal.

The drawing point was the full breakfast, however they only served breakfast one of the three days that I stayed. They told me the first night ahead of time, but the day of check out it was unexpected. It was just a sign saying no breakfast when we went down stairs to eat. Even the snack case was locked. I had a late check out at 12:00 however they disturbed me over and over before time because they wanted to leave early due to low occupancy. They hung up the phone in my face and told me that I could not speak to management about it. Manager emailed my back and told me they would nothing and later changed it to a "small" discount for next visit.

The second shift front desk service report was awesome. Very helpful and caring.

It was close on that weekend.

The bathroom shower wasn't the best but everything else was great.

It was a nice room, and quite. It was also close to where I was going. The male that checked me in and out was very friendly.

Went to get breakfast and there was no hot food other than waffles. We then walked across the street for eggs and bacon
