"Terrible experience."

Please be more thoughtful.

This hotel was rough. No blankets, No toilet paper, no iron. There is a phone to use when staff is out of office after hours. We drove 10 hours for Easter Sunday and arrived very early in the morning. I had to wait until Walmart opened at 6am to go buy blankets and toilet paper because every time I called the after hours phone someone would pick up then hang up. Very run down with all night activity. The whole experience was bad. Overpriced and under managed
