Cat was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble for her. Loved the ethos of the place with the artistic connection. The breakfast selection was perfect and cooked beautifully. Thank you.

The steep climb to the accommodation from the beach and steep climb to the top bedroom in a heatwave wasn't really suitable for us. We did however manage a reasonable nights sleep with the veloux windows open. Parking was a little tricky for us but we were accommodated beautifully with some assistance.

Everything, there were damp in the bedroom, dirty shower head, we could hear neighbours next door, the breakfast was a total scam not matching the picture on booking AT ALL. The beds were uncomfortable.

Usually I would spend days and days trying to look for the perfect hotel, but this one popped up in my search and I was sold within minutes when I saw the gorgeous sea view from their lounge area. I booked it completely spontaneously and three days later I arrived at this lovely stay and welcomed by Cat the hose who was friendly, efficient and professional. She has made the whole stay very pleasant by providing tasty Breakfast as well as clear communication. My single room is nothing super fancy but I came here for the views and I spent a lot of time not in the room but their lounge area, overlooking the sea, with a glass of wine. It is so close to bus station, beach, Co-op shop, literally everywhere is within touch while being quiet and I feel like I am abroad in a seaside resort. I enjoyed here more than Weymouth that is for sure.

Nothing at all. Can't really pick on anything even if I am trying to be picky. This is not a high end luxury stay so don't expect the rooms to be fancy, but for a budget boutique/unique type of stay, this is a star.

Cat was amazing - she texted before arrival, answered my questions and was super welcoming and flexible. I needed to leave early so she got breakfast going early for me without a blink. Lovely chilled arty vibe in the house.

Nice property with good size room. Nice outside space which was an added bonus. Everything very clean and comfortable. Cat was extremely friendly and a great host. Good choice of breakfast, cooked or continental. Location was great for us, parked the car up and very frequent bus everywhere.

Although the road the property is on was very busy it didn't affect anything due to double glazed windows.
