GBLocation was good for a sailing event
The advert does not make it clear that parking is extremely limited and not all guests can park. We ended up returning our car to the sailing centre and walking back to the accomodation (approx 25 minutes)
GBGBMy stay at B-side 77a was truly delightful.The accommodation itself was very cute and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience stand out was the fresh, delicious breakfast served each morning. Truly willing to stay there next time.

The milk in the room was all out of date by almost a year. Not enough choice of breakfast- no full english. No view from window. Room spacious, but bathroom was small and mediocre. TV was small and not positioned well. Parking at hambro car park down the road was free but finding spaces in the evening was near to impossible, very awkward to park there.
GBEverything! From the welcome, to booking an extra night, everything was taken care of and super relaxing. To explore the isle and get about, the bus stop is just up the road, and there’s the co-op shop and a number of cafés around. (We’d recommend the bee-hive, at the bottom of the hill!)
Car parking can be hit and miss. Traffic noise is frequent during the day, due to being on the main route onto Portland. It’s quiet at night when it matters though, it didn’t really bother us.
CHSuper freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und sauber. Allgmein die Insel Portland ist sehr empfehlenswert. Rustikale, kleine aber süsse Ortschaft.
