Easily accessible to I-29.

Breakfast is pretty weak. I really didn’t see anything hot or appealing given an IHOP or Perkins nearby. The linens on my bed were not necessarily warm or heavy enough to feel warm and comfortable. I was hoping to find an extra blanket in the closet. We checked in late and I appreciate Ashkass’s quick attention. Thank you for your professionalism.

It had a working hot tub and pool

There was poop smeared on the bottom of our toilet dried The deadbolt lock on the door was broken off and not replaced and the pillows were way too small

This is an affiliate location and not the level we have come to expect from Americinn. The room was basic. TV remote looked like it had been chewed on by a dog and TV volume would go up and down on its own. But the biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower head was not attached properly or breaking so was spraying water everywhere and the water in the tub would not drain. So while taking a shower you had water up to your ankles. Extremely unsanitary and dangerous. Would not recommend this property to anyone in the future.

Property was not maintained. When I looked out the window all you seen was overgrown weeds.

The bed was very stiff mad for a very rough nights sleep. They gave us a room where the carpet had tears in it. The shower head was about to fall off, and I was afraid to shower. The room was not comfortable at all. For the amount of money we paid it was a ridiculous price compared to the other hotels.

Nice location, very close to everything

Smaller than expected but very very clean and well kept

Breakfast could use help hot and available not very appealing small selection but got us going. Location is great 👍
