Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort by IHG

Everything was fine until I tried to retrieve an item I had left in my room following checkout. Housekeeping had cleaned our room and took no ownership of finding missing item. The staff also seemed less than concerned with resolving issue. Security was helpful and front desk said they would follow up, but i got the feeling it was lip service. Other than that everything was good. I would stay ther again

It was a great place to stay convenient to the strip

Nicest place to be next to the main attractions, with a feeling of confort and a familiar ambiance: I'll try again if I wold came back to Las Vegas

Stayed here for the weekend and it was the best choice ever. Usually we stay on the strip when in Vegas but this place changed our mind and we will stay here again and again. We had the 2 bedroom and we absolutely loved the apt like feeling of the room. Both rooms were very roomy and the beds were next level comfortable. Both rooms had walk in closets. The whole place was very clean and spotless, kitchen area was nice and there was plenty of dishes available. There was also a laundry room available outside in the balcony area. There is so much to say about the place! We loved the pools they had and the game room was a nice touch. Daily activities going on as well! This is the BEST place to stay with family. Walk to the strip was just a few minutes away. Resort fee was a bit pricey but worth it. Plan your next stay here!

We were thrilled to find this property adjacent to the Sphere where we were attending a late-night concert. The room with king bed and sleeper sofa offered enough space and privacy for my son and I. The kitchen was small and a bit underwhelming but sufficient. Our balcony had a view of the Sphere which was awesome. The property felt a little dated. The pools were nice although one hot tub was small and the other was never actually hot. Staff was friendly but when I think they forgot to text me when our room was ready. I had to inquire. We ate at the bar & grill once. The Asian dinner salad was good but the pizza was mediocre. The food at the tables around us looked pretty good. The property is about a 20-minute walk from the Linq Promenade and not far beyond that is the Strip. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I would stay again.

Very friendly staff very nice room

Lots of amenities to be comfortable. Would have like the restaurant to be open later than 9pm during the week and 10pm on weekends for people who don’t gamble and have families who eat later in the evening. Enjoyed the pool but miss the white pool loungers that were in the pools a few years back. Our room was missing pool towels. Luckily we had 2 beach towels of our own. There was a tailgate party going on in our parking lot outside building 20 which seemed strange for a resort hotel with balconies. Restaurant food was good. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay

It was a great trip went to the Spere to see the Wizard of Oz. Then went to the motocross races.
