Hotel ZaZa Dallas

Great location. Pool area was superb for relaxing

We love the Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown. It is convenient to our office and walking distance to many great restaurants in the area. Great location. We had a group room block for our team for a training we did at our office. This is definitely our go to hotel when staying in Dallas.

I checked into ZaZa Dallas and the Valet and Front desk gave me a warm welcome back! After checking into I enjoyed my time at the Dragon Fly bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the bottle of Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc paired perfectly with the delicious lamb chops! It was a memorable dining experience. Additionally, I must mention that my room was absolutely luscious, contributing to an overall enjoyable stay.

We celebrated our Son's Rehearsal Dinner, Poolside Welcome Party, and reserved rooms for our out of town guests at Hotel ZaZa Dallas. We received many compliments about the weekend from the delicious meals, to the atmosphere in the Dragon's Den and at our poolside party. Services from the valet staff, front desk, and restaurant personnel were professional, courtesy and friendly. Meals served poolside and in The Dragonfly restaurant were complimented by many of our guests. Rooms are spotless, and beautifully appointed with unique decor. We worked with Event Sales Manager, Samara Atwood whose efforts and guidance helped us plan a truly memorable weekend.

Great location right in the middle of everything we wanted to go to and Zaza having 2 SUV’s that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius was amazing. Our vehicle stayed parked for the entirety of our trip, we had no driving worries. I cannot say enough about the valet staff, they were so polite, hard working and very personable with us! Wonderful experience with them especially!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a staycation at Zaza and had the best time! The staff was very kind and helpful, making sure we had the best experience. The room was great and spacious. The bar at Dragonfly was lively and fun with great cocktails. The pool was intimate but still fun and a great way to end the evening. Highly recommend!!

Ok let me just say Alex at the Zaza is the greatest at his job!!! He makes sure we feel like Rockstar’s everything we stay there!!! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and hands down The Zaza and Alex and Zoe made our trip to Dallas one to remember!!! Oh and KidRock put on an amazing show!! So if you are heading to Dallas the Zaza is the best in the country!! GO FIGHT WIN!!! Alex thank you sir!!!

When we arrived we were told we’d been upgraded to a bungalow in a separate building. I was a bit suspicious and wanted to be in the main hotel, but OMG our bungalow was stunning!!!!! The very friendly and helpful drivers took us round with our luggage. The bungalow had everything we needed and more, the robes were divine and I sat out on our balcony with a drink in my robe watching this peaceful neighbourhood pass by. Room service was excellent too with great variety and efficient service. We ate in the restaurant which was also excellent in service and food quality / quantity. Lovely surrounding area, lovely staff, I would stay again 100%
