Hotel é mal administrado: não é feita reposição dos produtos de banheiro; secador de cabelo não funciona; chuveiro fica pingando por horas depois do banho; apenas deixam um único rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro (pedimos para ter um de reserva, só depois de 2 vezes que solicitamos que recebemos um segundo rolo, inacreditável); saímos cedo, deixando o sinal para arrumação do quarto e quando voltamos às 15h o quarto ainda não tinha sido arrumado. Acústica dos quartos é ruim, ouve-se qualquer coisa falada no corredor e nos quartos ao lado. Não voltaria jamais a esse hotel.

Amazing shower, bedding and facilities to relax in the room. The entrance and lounge area with the fire was lovely. Hairdryer and soaps for use in the bathroom great. Breakfast was fine.

We were disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. We were called twice by reception to do the check in and had to pay an extra fee that has been able to be avoided everywhere else we have stayed since. The cleaning staff were really loud in the hall and it felt as if they were shouting right outside the door. There was confusion amongst staff about if we had checked out (we hadn’t) and the cleaning staff came into the room without knocking. After sending emails to try to rectify an issue with paying the tax they have not replied. Very unhelpful and not in line with the service we have received in much cheaper places around Colombia.

Our room far exceeded our expectations being very spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful - particular thanks to Jésus and Victoria but everyone was friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast room with excellent range to choose from.

Bogotá is a vibrant noisy city which is definitely part of its appeal, but if you want a quiet night make sure the windows are fully closed. The hotel is on a quiet street which is definitely a positive, but not so close to shops/restaurants.

Large comfortable room, junior suite. Pluses like double sink, sofa, desk. We asked for a kettle and it was brought to us with a selection of teas. Breakfast has made to order eggs and a nice selection of breads, cheese and fruits . Staff were very professional. Quiet location too!

No fan or air circulation unless the windows are open.
