Clean room with KIDDIE-SIZE TOILET. 13 in tall and right up against the wall! Totally NOT acceptable for adults. No excuse for not replacing with a modern standard taller toilet. One of the Queen-size beds was broken and made loud popping sounds so couldn't be used to sleep on. Very noisy thin walls. Won't be staying there again.

"The staff was excellent. They were always friendly and helpful. This was my second time here."

The location was perfect for me because of the proximity to my family. Having Ingles so close was a good thing because I had forgotten a couple of items. I wish I had tried the pool, but time didn't allow for it.

The breakfast was sausage and eggs all three days. Maybe switch it up to some bacon and sausage as I prefer bacon. I also didn't see any fruit, i.e., cantaloupe or peaches.

Nothing. The only room service we got was exchange towels. We had to empty trash cans. Never cleaned floors the whole time we were there. Pillows were yellow, only had clean pillow cases on the yellow pillows. Not a good experience.
