Flagler Beach is a beautiful area and the people are very nice. Peggy is an exceptional person, and the lady who checked on us during our stay was excellent also. If you are searching for a great area to spend some time, on the greatest highway in the nation A1A, be close to the beach, have a great motel with superior management, this is the place. We visited friends in Palatka, Daytona Shores and S. Ormand Beach and we were about 27 miles from each. Loved the Salt Water heated pool. Will return.

The location is ideal for beach access and proximity to restaurants. The unit was clean and simple. No bells or whistles, but commensurate with the price paid, which was reasonable compared to most beach access lodgings. Parking was convenient and check in was hassle free. Three things that would have improved our stay: 1) courtesy beach towels. There are no towels for the pool or beach. 2) The television is quite small and the only programming is through streaming. The wifi was weak so when we were able to download a movie, it froze constantly. 3) The mattress on the bed is very firm. Too firm for our taste. Overall we were happy with our stay. We were looking for a quiet weekend and the beach is beautiful!

Bathroom was very small, but expected in an old facility. Bed was very low to the floor.
