Central location, everything in walking distance, warm apartment

Location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed plus an extra guest bathroom. Very comfortable.

Great location at the historical center. Good facilities and nice service team. Convenient approach for key pick-up.

The washer and dryer only accept coins (in particular only Eur 0.5 coins for the dryer).

Nestled in a quaint history square, the apartment gives you all taste of Dresden.

The apartment was a loft style with a large bedroom upstairs including a private balcony off the bedroom. A double bed futon on the main floor. The kitchen was nice with all of the required appliances, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, etc., but missing a spatula. The apartment was bright, comfortable and modern. Walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of parking garages close. There is room in front of the apartments to unload and pack your belongings into your car.

The futon unfortunately was broken so we left it in the bed set up, and it worked fine for our child, but for a teen/adult (any heavier) it would not have worked. The property manager stated it had just been reported broken by the previous renter and apologized. We recieved a visit from the tenant below us late in the evening after we had settled our young child in bed. The tenant complained there was water leaking in their apartment from us. So while they spoke with the property manager and us we tried to figure it out. Unfortunate for the tenant and bad timing for ourselves. Hopefully that matter can be figured out. The apartment advertises a washing machine...there is not one in the apartment. There is a laundry room down one floor with a coin operated washer and dryer which was easy to access.
