"Nice location and good staffs."

It is nice to have free breakfast in the morning. We live in a room facing the Convention Center and a street. It was a bit noisy since there was not a double panel window.

The window is not noise proof

I like that we had a suite. I wasn't able to get a handicap room so my husband had to use the restroom in the lobby because the toilet was too low the only handrail in the bathroom was outside the tub. We stayed two nights and I kept asking the staff for a handicap room, but was told none were available. There was lots of late night traffic and NO soundproof rooms. There was also some renovation going on on the 4th floor and our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was sausages and powder eggs both days.

Have a handicap room available for guests that need them. No construction going on on the weekend too noisy for guests to rest
