Staff was friendly and attentive; breakfast was good; facility was clean; pillows and bed were comfortable.

Lovely stay for Winter Park. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Good staff. Very helpful. Parking is onsite. Food and other amenities are within walking distance. AC in the rooms.

A great place to stay! Misti was on duty when we checked in and she was delightful as well as helpful. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The breakfast attendant was working hard, but was super friendly. If I end up back in Winter Park again, this Beat Western will be the first place I check.

Lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant person I’ve met in my travels. Construction workers hanging out in the parking lot drinking and playing loud music. Thin walls and loud neighbors. I could hear the tv from my next door neighbor and every phone conversation she had including her giving out her credit card number.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Beds were a little firm for my liking, but not terrible.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal machte einen desinteressierten bis faulen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war okay, aber die Klima war steinzeitlich und extrem laut. Also mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was an einer Fernstraße leider nicht sehr leise war. Das Frühstück war mangelhaft. Überall lagen Essensreste und die Tische waren dreckig, obwohl die ganze Zeit eine Dame von der Küche da war. Sie hatte Lappen und Reiniger in der Hand, aber benutzen, neeee. Der Saftspender war defekt und als Ersatz gab es Saftflaschen, aber nachfüllen Fehlanzeige. Das Buffet war abgegrast und der Waffelteig sah aus als wäre er nicht mehr gut. Die Dame von der Küche hat es aber auch Anfrage nicht interessiert. Sehr enttäuschend.

The hotel is clean and convenient to the main road and buses. It feels a bit dated but beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There was no safe in the room and limited space for bathroom items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.
