"Alanya immer wieder!"

Frau Batuhan an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch sehr freundlich war der Zimmerservice z.B. Fr. Serpil. Das Essen zu den Mahlzeiten, wurde unter Einflussnahme des Chefkoches Mustafa Duman sehr gut angerichtet und schmeckte auch sehr gut. Hacer Teze hat köstliche Gözleme am Strand serviert.

Die Abendunterhaltung könnte besser sein. Wünschenswert wäre modernes Mobiliar. Größeres Badezimmer und unangenehme Geräuschkulisse im Badezimmer. Lautes Ankommen der Gäste in der Nacht. Pool und Essenzeiten sollten getrennt sein. Reinigen des Fußbodens während des Essens war unangebracht. Rutschgefahr nach dem Poolbesuch im Hotel. Mehr Auswahl an Cocktails. Kaffee kann man besser machen.

Le personnel était très sympathique très respectueux toujours le sourire.

Les personnes qui s'occupent des massages nous avons fait plusieurs fois le même massages mais c'était jamais identique .Ils insistent pour vous faire payer d'avance pas très correct sachant que nous sommes à l'hôtel chez eux.

Отель небольшой, уютный, расположен недалеко от моря. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Питание - шведский стол, очень разнообразный, на все вкусы, много фруктов. Ещё- хамам, массаж- это вообще прекрасно. Отдыхом очень довольна

Отель чистый,уборка каждый день,еда разнообразная и очень вкусная,персонал милый и отзывчивый

Пляж от отеля.лежаков и зонтиков очень мало,вход в море через камни,купаться не возможно.Приходилось ходить на другой пляж,на котором нужно было за всё платить
