"Overpriced"

There was no one at the front desk for at least ten minutes during check in and check out. They speak to you through a bulletproof sliding glass as if you’re in a prison. The front lawn was covered in trash and it was glass all through the parking lot. There was no ice machine on my floor and they left the bare minimum on the beds. The room was far from up to date with no fridge,no microwave and a 32” tv. The front desk clerk told me after taking my payment for my room declined providing me with a receipt and said I don’t get it until check out. Which wasn’t possible because there was no one there that morning to check out with after waiting for so long. They give low quality service and it is for sure, NOT worth the price advertised.

"Stay Away"

Halls noisy people arguing in halls late at night . NO microwave No refrigerator No phone in room. Looking from outside lots of the windows had gun shot holes that were patched up.

Too noisy can run the hallway all night people keep accidentally knocking on my door they woke me up out of my sleep taking my credit card was a fraud took me an hour to check in cuz they couldn't verify the account number ridiculous

"there was a literal boot print on the sheets"

room was terrible condition. was a smoking room (was not told it would be) and state of the room and the overall hotel was awful
