2階も広くて快適でした。 また利用したいです。

手続きも簡単でスムーズで、場所もよく、お得感もあったのでぜひまた利用したいと思いました。

夜22時くらいに玄関から誰かのぞきにきたのがすこし怖かったです。別の建物を探していたのか？はわかりませんが、女性で曇りガラスから(こちらの部屋から)は見えていたのですこし不安になりました。

掃除が行き届いてた

チェックイン時間が過ぎても部屋の暗証番号が送られてこなかった追いメッセージをしても返事が来ず、電話したら、やっと対応してくれた

Tatami floors, traditional Japanese home layout. Nice neighborhood, residential enough to be mostly quiet but close to the Tenjin area. Kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, plates and appliances.

Lack of mirrors. No scissors in the kitchen. All the windows were frosted, for privacy, but made it difficult to see outside. Keypad lock at front door were difficult to use, often would not register touch to light up number pad. Would like to sleep on thicker futon, and have more than one pillow per guest.

It was clean and nice to be with my family

Place was spacious for our group of four adults; it was nice to be able to visually split the upstairs sleeping area into two with the sliding screen (not sound-proof); Balmuda microwave/ oven combi was very handy for heating up food or toasting; we also appreciated the small vacuum cleaner. There is a 7-eleven just around the corner and a larger Lawson a couple streets away, with lots of small eateries nearby. Fridge is quite sizable. Adequate number of power outlets. Some might find the futons a little thin but we slept very well on them. The street is not busy so it's fine to temporarily stop in front of the property and unload your luggage, before parking elsewhere.

Bath and sink were in one room and bath could not be locked, so when one person was bathing the washing machine/ bathroom sink were inaccessible. Not much space to hang up clothing, especially for larger groups or an extended stay - I can see it being a little crowded for larger groups. The electronic bath settings in Japanese were difficult to figure out and no guidance was provided. It would have been nice to have dedicated parking, but the lack of it is understandable in a city. Some basic condiments such as oil, salt and drinks such as tea and coffee would have been appreciated. It is slightly far off from Hakata station/ Tenjin, especially if you are walking and have elders or babies with you. Finally, just a cosmetic point but the big paper lamp outside the door which you see in the listing photos was completely destroyed when we arrived and looked very dingy, which was a bit of a turn-off.

聯絡上不方便，當天沒有好的check in 機制，線上還得刷稅費但無法成功，以至於改由便利商店繳款，四點Check in，如果沒有打電話詢問，密碼到五點二十三分才發來
