Hampton Inn by Hilton Napanee

The pool was always clean, they had a really good breakfast, and the staff were sweet and efficient.

The location was a bit strange and the mattresses were really firm, but it was still a lovely stay.

Room was very clean, simple and modern. We appreciated the table and lights on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was spacious and the shower lovely. Breakfast had a great selection of foods.

There was a fair amount of highway noise as we faced the highway, but with the fan on it was much less noticeable. In my case, it would have been great to have some gluten-free bread available by request, as well as dairy alternatives for coffee (ie. oat milk, almond milk) - but I didn't starve, lol.

Breakfast was fine as I expected from Hampton. Room was spacious. Bathromm facilities were first-rate

We had the pool to ourselves which was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Maintenance work in the early morning caused 3 inconvenience

Friendly staff that worked the breakfast

I booked the hotel because it had a charging station for my car...didn't work and hotel staff made it very clear they were not responsible.

It was a bit cold. There was no bacon for about 10 - 15 minutes & when it came it could have been cooked more.
