Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room lighting poor with some fixtures not working. Room was not cooled upon arrival. The room was not clean, room floors were filthy, counters not clean. Only hand soap dispenser and body wash dispenser with hand soap in it, conditioner dispenser empty, shampoo dispenser missing from wall. Bed hard and uncomfortable, BUT CLEAN SHEETS AT LEAST. Bathroom so small, only room to open door between toilet and tub.Towels may have been clean but stained and rough. Breakfast was not good, few options (no breakfast meats or potatoes of any kind). Juices were at least 50% watered down, very obviously. Housekeeping did not refresh our room or replenish our towels. Clerk was apologetic and helpful by giving me clean towels. Thin walls made for noisy night with couple in next room fussing and fighting.
